Meet The Team

Leah Francis, LMSW
Psychotherapist
Leah provides counseling to individuals, couples, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. She has experience working with diverse populations, including teens, adults, and people of color. Leah takes a holistic and person-centered approach, valuing the connection between mind, body, and spirit in the healing process. She also offers faith-based Christian counseling for clients who wish to integrate their spiritual beliefs into their therapeutic journey.
She draws from mindfulness practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in overcoming trauma, relational challenges, and self-esteem struggles. Leah’s goal is that clients would come to see and love themselves for who they truly are, and from that place, learn to love others authentically. She desires that every client recognize they are not the sum total of their trauma or struggles, but a unique individual with purpose.

Bintou Samura, MHC-LP
Psychotherapist
Bintou is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling. She specializes in supporting people through life transitions, relationship stress, anxiety, and depression. Her approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and creating a safe, affirming space where you’re seen for who you are and who you’re becoming.
Bintou has experience working with young adults navigating identity and future goals, children in educational settings who need additional support, and people of color seeking spaces where their unique experiences are understood and honored. She creates a space where you can breathe and unpack what’s been buried under anxiety, self-doubt, or the pressure to keep it all together. Her work is about healing from the inside out, helping you return to yourself, one step at a time.
