Bintou Samura, MHC-LP
Psychotherapist
Bintou is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling. She specializes in supporting people through life transitions, relationship stress, anxiety, and depression. Her approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and creating a safe, affirming space where you’re seen for who you are and who you’re becoming.
Bintou has experience working with young adults navigating identity and future goals, children in educational settings who need additional support, and people of color seeking spaces where their unique experiences are understood and honored. She creates a space where you can breathe and unpack what’s been buried under anxiety, self-doubt, or the pressure to keep it all together. Her work is about healing from the inside out, helping you return to yourself, one step at a time.

offers trauma-informed counseling that recognizes how past experiences can shape the present and future. His work is rooted in a culturally sensitive, collaborative approach—tailored to support the unique needs of Muslims and people of color. Drawing from mindfulness, grief counseling, and narrative therapy, Luqman can help you process trauma, navigate anxiety or depression, and foster personal growth.
